PNW Residence

Built in 1962 and largely untouched by remodeling, this home underwent a complete transformation under our guidance. Kitchen, bathrooms, roof, and floors — every detail renewed with timeless materials. We envisioned a serene, blank-canvas aesthetic, elevated through carefully considered upgrades such as custom windows and refined hardwood flooring.

A personal project of our founders. Post-war building, outdated materials, and a particularly strict strata. The renovation required careful navigation of German heritage rules — and a restrained palette of plaster, linen, and unlacquered brass.
